having all the ingredients we serve, as our menu is carefully planned to support
your recovery and breastfeeding.
For example, we use ingredients like offal and fish to ensure you get enough iron,
vitamin A, and omega 3 to speed up your wound healing, which other types of protein
(a.k.a. meat) may not provide as much, so avoiding certain ingredients may reduce
your intake of these essential nutrients.
If you have food allergies, just let us know, and we'll customise your meals to exclude those ingredients so you can enjoy them safely.
