To allow all our mothers to celebrate this joyous occasion, our Chef Eugene have decided to take the lead to design a special confinement menu just for this day.
Breastfeeding
Breastfeeding is known to be beneficial for both mom and baby.
Breast milk is very nutritious and contains most of the nutrients your baby needs for the first 6 months of life.
Diet plays an important part when you breastfeed as the baby would also intake the nutrition consume by mothers.
Having a well balance and healthy diet not only aids mothers in recovery, it allows mothers to shed the pregnancy weight faster.
With that in mind, we used different ingredients to assist mothers in recovery and increase lactation.
