The steamed threadfin fillet with ginger broth & black fungus has strong gingery taste which I like and the stir-fried pork slice with kailan was yummy too. The meat is tender and veg still crunchy

 

My complimentary trial meal from Tian Wei Signature. The food was lukewarm when arrived. So I had it microwaved as I prefer my food to be piping hot. The steamed threadfin fillet with ginger broth & black fungus has strong gingery taste which I like and the stir-fried pork slice with kailan was yummy too. The meat is tender and veg still crunchy. I skipped the danggui chicken soup as I’m still preggy now. The soup was tasty and nice, according to my dad who had it instead. My parents also tasted the dishes, they thought it was good too. Last but not least, Tian Wei is also very generous with the servings of the red dates drinks. Not too sweet and I like that the red dates taste is not too strong. Thanks again for the trial experience. I really enjoyed it. 🙂
