I did quite some research online before deciding to go with Tian Wei Signature for my confinenent meals.
Areas Done Well
A) Good customer service ( I gave birth right before a Public Holiday and the customer service followed up with my order closely by calling up on Public holiday itself to check when should the meal delivery be activated. Greatly appreciate it! )
B) Tasty food with a fusion twist
C) Provision of complimentary “sheng hua tang” for 2 days
One feedback I have for Tian Wei will pertain to Delivery Service:
A) Meals are delivered very early, usually before 11am and 5pm.
B) There were several incidents where delivery man left the food at the door without ringing the doorbell.
I am generally satisfied with Tian Wei Signature! Keep up the good service!
